• Vienna International School,taught music in Vienna, Austria, started and maintained a strong band and strings program for six years
• Valley Crossing Community School,taught music in Woodbury, Mn, started and maintained a strong band and strings program for 10 years
• ran a music technology program for grades K-6, comprised of 15 computers using music keyboards and midi technology
• Bachelors' degree from Minot State University, North Dakota
• Masters' degree in Music Education from the University of Minnesota

• Schumann's Piano Concerto in A Minor, piano soloist with the Minot Symphony Orchestra

• Austrian Jazz Band and Several Brass Choirs
• principle trombonist for Minot State University Band

After teaching in public schools for 19 years and motivating many children to begin an instrument, I believe all students need a strong foundation, with habits that will serve them well for years to come.
